Chill

Today was a lot of the same--eating, relaxing, and chasing babies. And some new things--running, fishing, and kite flying! We also got some ice cream at the General Store and the babies took a bath together. Dot seems to enjoy bath time more than Emi haha.

It's been so nice to just go at a slow pace and do things around nap schedules.

Emi driving The Bronco. She was grinning so big before this picture, I wish I would've caught it on camera!

Marty spent forever untangling the kite. I was weary if it'd be worth all the time he took...but it ended up being super fun!

Emi has loved the rocks this trip.

The boys went fishing and caught 2 rainbow trout! We're going to have them for dinner tomorrow night.

I told Marty he looks "domestic" but the guy version.haha.

Fisher dude.

Other fisher dude.

Emi and I went for a run this morning. I was supposed to go 18 but decided to go 9 instead. haha. I learned that running at 11:30 am in the heat, with a leaking mouth valve on a running pack, pushing a stroller at a different elevation than I'm used to, and on bumpy terrain can make running very difficult! So we're calling that 9 miles a win.

I did the loop twice + some, and in the foresty part I scared that a bear was going to come eat me. But we survived!

These girls are so cute.

Easily one of the best pictures from the trip. Marty and Kyle both brought dad shirts😂 Marty's says "Dad's against weed" and Kyle's says "Don't put soap on me."
