Bubs and I ran 20 miles this morning! We are toasted roasted. Poor Bubs' calf has been hurting pretty bad, so hopefully it heals up okay before our race.

We finished our run at the hospital I delivered at. It felt sentimental because Marty and I were there with Emi 1 year ago. When we were there I wondered if my body would ever return to somewhat normal...and today, 1 year later, my body is able to do things I couldn't do before. If you would've told me that last year I wouldn't have believed you!
In the afternoon we went to one of my mission companion's parents house--the Macfarlane's. They are the nicest people and have the most beautiful garden. They invited us over to grab a few pumpkins and gave us pumpkin muffins too. It was also fun chatting and briefly meeting Macfarlane's sister, Sydney, who she often talked about on the mission.

Emi loved the chickens. Macfarlane's mom was so cute with her.
In the evening, the Rosen's came into town. We feel spoiled to have so much family in town this week:')

Marty got our new TV stand set up! Hopefully our couch arrives sometime before Christmas...
