Sidewalk Chalk

Yesterday evening I started to feel a bit sick, and woke up not feeling great this morning. When I woke up, though, Marty wasn't next to me and Emi wasn't on the screen of her monitor. I realized that Marty had woken up with Emi to let me sleep a little extra. So nice of him.

During the day, Emi and I mostly hung out at home with the exception of a trip to Michael's. I've been needing to get some frames for our house and figured it'd be good to get out of the house for a little bit even if I wasn't feeling well. We came home with a bunch of frames that I'm excited to use throughout the house!

In the evening I went to Young Women's. We only have it twice a month and I won't be able to go later this month so I figured I'd go today. The activity was one of my favorites..capture the flag! 

When I cam home there was the cutest chalk art in our driveway that someone in our ward did. Our ward has been so welcoming :')

I spent the evening ordering family pictures for our house and getting some to-do's crossed off my list while Marty went to his softball game. He ended up having an awesome play where his ball almost made it over the fence, and he was able to slide into 3rd base! Bummed I wasn't there to see it but I'm glad he had a good game!
