Keys

Emi and I had a chill morning. Around lunchtime I went to grab something out of my car and I found that it was locked...with the keys inside. We have a spare key, but it's on Marty's keychain, so he had to leave work and come rescue the keys from my car. haha. I'm glad he doesn't work too far away--but it's still a bit of a nuisance for him to have to drive here and back during the day. He was a good sport about it though.

In the afternoon Emi and I did a Target and Kirkland's run. At Target, Emi decided to go rogue and escape out of the cart seatbelt, stand up, and try and climb out of the cart (all of this while we're walking). At Kirklands, we found a few more decor items for fall, but most of the store was set up for Christmas! Should I already be getting ready for Christmas?

Emi had another swim lesson today. They brought out some water toys today and she was very excited about them. 

After swim we rushed to grab dinner, and then rushed out the door again to go to running club. Marty had his softball game tonight and then was meeting up with a friend, so Emi got to join me for running club. Katye offered to push Emi while I ran and then we just walked a couple laps and chatted. (My hip's still feeling funky after hills a couple weeks ago, but I'm hoping it does okay for the race.)

I've had the evening to myself, and have been using the time to getting ready for Utah tomorrow:)
