Lulus

I told myself while I was training for my race that if I finished the marathon I would splurge and get myself a pair of Lululemon leggings and a pedicure. Today I got the leggings!

We'll see if the leggings are worth the hype. I'm several years late to the party!

Today's also Peter's birthday. When people talk about my brother they often say how smart he is, but something that I admire about my brother is how he's watched out for me most of our lives. He was always 2 grades above me so in both junior high and high school we had one year where we were both at the same school. He always would say "hi" to me in the halls and would include me. His friends became my friends. In college he would invite me over to hang with his friends and check in to see if I was doing okay. It meant a lot to me. Even now we're really close and I know I can call him whenever to talk about whatever. I'm grateful he's my brother!
