This morning Lesley, Missy, and I all hung out at the Shaeffers with our girl gang. 4 little girls and another girl on the way (Missy's expecting). It was so fun to chat and chase our little ones around. I love being in the same stage of life as my besties and being able to laugh and commiserate about different things we're going through.

In the afternoon we picked up Bubs and headed to the airport. At the airport we met Chris as well as Isaac and Ethan Paul (who are also running the race!) and Grandpa Jay (Isaac and Ethan are our cousins and Grandpa Jay is their grandpa. He sometimes comes to family gatherings at the Shaeffer's. He's very sweet.) The Shaeffer's arranged for a plane to take us and so we were feeling very spoiled and also very grateful that Emi could wander throughout the plane without bothering anyone.

In no time we were in St. George and we went and picked up our packets, ate a spaghetti dinner at the Airbnb, made a marathon playlist (while the boys went out bowling), and went to bed early for the race in the morning.
