Figuring out Solutions

Marty worked from home today to help out since I'm still stick. Instead of taking the day to relax and recharge I ended up trying to solve this soon to be no-nursery-at-the-rec-center issue. Ugh. 

I went to a workout class in the morning because I felt like it would look bad if I didn't show up for class and use the nursery haha. After class I was feeling very hopeful about everything but as the day progressed I have felt slightly less hopeful. I still don't have responses from any of the people I emailed. And it seems as if they have no intentions to listen or respond to anything based on other people I've talked to.

Oh well.

In other news, Marty set up Emi's Toddler Tower today. Isn't it so cute?! This way she can help me in the kitchen without hanging off the oven door. haha.

2024. I didn't see you coming at all. This has been the wildest year. Hard, frustrating, discouraging, exciting, and hopeful. It's been a year of growth. At the beginning of the year Marty and I had been hoping to get pregnant for a few months and it wasn't panning out as expected. Baby #2

 And baby #2 is a... GIRL! Bring on the pink. Marty's not a huge fan of gender reveals...but I thought it'd be fun to do a little something. I ended up bringing pink donuts to YWs and surprising the girls. The girls gave me all the reactions I had hoped for ;)
