Dino Nuggs

In the morning we had our ward Christmas party. We ate breakfast, saw nativities displayed, listened to Christmas musical numbers, and made blankets to donate. It was a good time!

The rest of the day was pretty chill. In the afternoon we headed to the mall and I got to pick out my birthday presents from Marty. Some workout shirts! I'm excited to open them on my birthday:)

When we got home from the mall we were feeling lazy and had dino nuggets for dinner. Just living our best lives ;)

Our ornament organizer came. It's so satisfying to have a spot to store each ornament!

2024. I didn't see you coming at all. This has been the wildest year. Hard, frustrating, discouraging, exciting, and hopeful. It's been a year of growth. At the beginning of the year Marty and I had been hoping to get pregnant for a few months and it wasn't panning out as expected. I figured I'd be pregnant within the first few months of the new year, but nope. God had other plans. I was called as YW President in January (a shock to everyone including me!) and that consumed a lot of my time and energy throughout the year.  And baby #2 is a... GIRL! Bring on the pink. Marty's not a huge fan of gender reveals...but I thought it'd be fun to do a little something. I ended up bringing pink donuts to YWs and surprising the girls. The girls gave me all the reactions I had hoped for ;)
