Denver Children's Museum

The highlight of today was going with Chihiro and Emma to the Children's Museum. It's been a hot minute since we've been, but going reminded me how much I love Denver's Children's Museum's set up. You could spend an entire day there and still not get to everything.

A discovery this visit was an installation in a room themed around one word: snug. They had couches everywhere and stacked in fun ways. It was crazy packed but it was still cool to get to experience something new.

2024. I didn't see you coming at all. This has been the wildest year. Hard, frustrating, discouraging, exciting, and hopeful. It's been a year of growth. At the beginning of the year Marty and I had been hoping to get pregnant for a few months and it wasn't panning out as expected. I figured I'd be pregnant within the first few months of the new year, but nope. God had other plans. I was called as YW President in January (a shock to everyone including me!) and that consumed a lot of my time and energy throughout the year. Baby #2

 And baby #2 is a... GIRL! Bring on the pink. Marty's not a huge fan of gender reveals...but I thought it'd be fun to do a little something. I ended up bringing pink donuts to YWs and surprising the girls. The girls gave me all the reactions I had hoped for ;)
