Cutest Drool Monster

Today at the store, a cute gentleman asked "Is she (Emi) teething?" I said "Yes." He replied "Let the flood gates open." I had to take a picture of Emi's shirt when we got home! He was totally right. I guess I've just gotten used to lots of drool.

I also captured this cute picture today. Emi loves brushing her teeth with dad!

In other news, the cabinets came for our master bathroom vanity today and they are perfect. I love them so much! Now we just need our contractors to start on our bathroom project so that the cabinets won't have to sit in our front room for the next 6 months...

2024. I didn't see you coming at all. This has been the wildest year. Hard, frustrating, discouraging, exciting, and hopeful. It's been a year of growth. At the beginning of the year Marty and I had been hoping to get pregnant for a few months and it wasn't panning out as expected. I figured I'd be pregnant within the first few months of the new year, but nope. God had other plans. I was called as YW President in January (a shock to everyone including me!) and that consumed a lot of my time and energy throughout the year.  And baby #2 is a... GIRL! Bring on the pink. Marty's not a huge fan of gender reveals...but I thought it'd be fun to do a little something. I ended up bringing pink donuts to YWs and surprising the girls. The girls gave me all the reactions I had hoped for ;)
